INFILTRATION SYSTEMS

The RotoSET and EasySET sewage treatment plants provide effective treatment of sewage from the substances contained in it. Another element of a properly selected and designed system is the treated sewage receiver. The receiver may be a watercourse or land on the Investor’s plot. The second instance allows the use of one of the two solutions compatible with sewage treatment plants – a system with an absorbent well or an innovative drainage system.

Bio-Set absorption wells are a type of vertical drainage. They are made from robust Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), which is well-known in the aviation and pharmaceutical sectors. They enable point introduction of liquid into the soil, often breaking through the layers of poorly permeable soil to those with well-permeable soil.

The use of an absorbent well allows to save space and cut down installation costs. The undoubted advantage of GRP wells is the storage volume and extensive diameter allowing easy access during inspection. GRP covers, secured with locks, guarantee safety and visually harmonize with the covers of the RotoSET and EasySET sewage treatment plants.

The Bio-Set horizontal drainage system is made from foam glass, which is perfect for an infiltration system due to its porosity and durability.

Additional advantages are a reduced length in relation to traditional drainage, no need for using a stone foundation, quick installation, and long-lasting durability. Both absorbent wells and horizontal drainage can be used for infiltration of treated sewage and rainwater.

Funding

In light of the fact that investment in domestic biological sewage treatment plants is classified as pro-ecological, recent years have opened up opportunities for obtaining subsidies. The beneficiaries of such funds may be local government units, but also individual property owners.

Funds for this type of investment may come from Voivodship Funds for Environmental Protection and Water Management, EU funds under the cohesion policy, but also directly from the commune's budget.

The vast majority of subsidies are only provided for biological wastewater treatment plants with a CE certificate and full compliance with PN-EN:12566-3+A2: 2013. Owing to our extensive experience in operating on the market, we have knowledge of the current programs. We encourage you to contact us to set up a conversation with your local advisor.
