Easyset domestic wastewater treatment plants

EasySET systems are intended for the treatment of domestic wastewater in facilities inhabited by up to 50 residents. The well-known technology of sprinkling biological deposits permits the use of EasySET in individual households, apartment blocks, housing estates, schools and boarding houses, workplaces, offices, and many more. 

All devices from the EasySET 4-50 series are made from Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP), which is well-known in the aviation, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. Due to the high ring stiffness, tightness, durability and resistance to the effects of the sewage environment, GRP is perfect as a tank for sewage treatment plants. The applied technology of sprinkling biological deposits has been known in the world for several dozen years.

Due to the specific structure of the biological membrane, the sewage treatment plants are characterized by a stable operation and enhanced resistance to chemicals used in households. The membrane formed on the bed surface automatically adjusts to the variable inflow of sewage. The treatment process begins in a 2-chamber primary sedimentation tank. This is where solid fractions that are non-biodegradable are retained. 

The sewage treated in this way is lifted by an air lift above the biological bed, where it is sprinkled. The flow of wastewater through the bed creates a biological membrane on the surface, which consists of aerobic bacteria that purify the wastewater from pollutants. Such purified liquid is transmitted to the last chamber – the secondary settling tank, for the final clarification. Next, the treated sewage flows by gravity or under pressure from the tank to the receiver, which may be a watercourse or soil. No additional bacteria or biopreparations are used both after commissioning and during operation. The cleaning process is automatic and requires no additional daily activities from the user. 

What makes EasySET stand apart from the majority of biological wastewater treatment plants is its foolproof structure. The device lacks operating elements such as diffusers, aeration systems, pumps, solenoid valve, etc., ensuring an unusually low failure rate and low operating costs. 

The devices have been tested in line with the requirements of PN-EN:12566-3 and subsequent amendments, thanks to which the product holds the European CE certificate. A component that is compatible with EasySET wastewater treatment plants are absorbent wells, which are made from the same GRP material as the sewage treatment plants, have a large diameter to facilitate inspection during the service life, and feature the same aesthetic and lockable lid.
